Inner Law and Seed Within

Galatians 3:19-20 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Galatians 3 in context

Scripture Focus

19Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.
20Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one.
Galatians 3:19-20

Biblical Context

The law was given to reveal transgressions and to guide people until the promised seed arrived, and it was ordained by angels through a mediator. Now there is only one God; the mediator is not needed when unity is realized.

Neville's Inner Vision

Within the inner theater of your mind, the law appears as a tutor that awakens conscience until the Seed comes. The Seed is not a future external event but the awakening awareness—the I AM that you are. The mediator represents clinging to outward forms and authorities; the angels are the thoughts that enforce rules. Yet there is one God, one presence within you. When you dwell in the consciousness of I AM and recognize the Seed within as your immediate reality, the sense of mediation dissolves and the feeling of separation recedes to nothing. The law had a purpose: to awaken you to the possibility of unity, but true salvation is realized here and now as you align with the indivisible state of being. Your world then arises from that oneness, not from external laws or figures, for imagination confirms reality when you dwell in the single life that is God. Remember: imagination is the instrument by which you inhabit this unified state and prove it in form.

Practice This Now

Assume the state: I am the seed of God within; feel the unity now as the I AM. Let the image of separation dissolve, replacing it with one presence, the seed of promise shining in the heart.
