Seed of the Inner Promise

Galatians 3:19 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Galatians 3 in context

Scripture Focus

19Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.
Galatians 3:19

Biblical Context

The verse asks the purpose of the law and answers that it exists to address transgressions until the Seed comes. It was ordained through angels by a mediator.

Neville's Inner Vision

Galatians 3:19 is read as a map of consciousness: the law appears as a temporary discipline to prevent transgressions until the Seed—your promised state of awareness—arrives. The Seed is the inner I AM, the sense of complete unity already present in you. Angels and a mediator point to the imaginative faculties through which you are guided from outer memory to inner truth. When you feel separated or bound by limitation, reinterpret that feeling as the very mechanism by which the mind is trained to return to the Seed. Do not fight the law; use it as a reminder to assume the Seed’s presence, revise any lack by dwelling in wholeness, and feel the truth of unity until your inner state manifests in outer experience.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and declare, 'I am the Seed of Promise within me now,' then rest in the feeling that this inner state is already fulfilled.
