Inner Justification by Faith

Galatians 2:16 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Galatians 2 in context

Scripture Focus

16Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.
Galatians 2:16

Biblical Context

The verse declares that a person is not justified by observing the law, but through faith in Jesus Christ; we are justified by believing in Christ, not by works.

Neville's Inner Vision

Treat this passage as a doorway into your inner state. The 'flesh' that seeks to earn favor by the law is the outward mind in resistance to the God-state within. The true justification comes when you awaken to the I AM and rest in the Christ-faith already yours. This faith is not a rule you keep but a conscious condition you assume: you believe in Jesus by acknowledging the reality of Christ within you, and in that inner belief you are justified. Neville teaches that the faith of Christ is a vibrational condition of awareness, not a credential earned by works. When you dwell in that inner conviction—knowing you are already accepted, forgiven, and complete—the outer world begins to reflect your truth. Imagination is the instrument by which you revise the self; you reorder the scenes of your life to match the inner certainty. So close your eyes, align with the I AM, and feel the justification already present as your living reality.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes, declare 'I am justified by the faith of Christ within me' and feel the I AM as your reality; revise any sense of lack until it rings true.
