The Inner Temple Finished
Ezra 6:15 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
The verse states the house was finished on the third day of Adar, in the sixth year of Darius.
Neville's Inner Vision
Within me, the 'house' is my state of awareness. When I the I AM assume the finished temple, the work appears as completion in my world. The sixth year is the rhythm of inner alignment; the third day of Adar marks a fresh creation arising after the inner movements settle. Providence becomes my inward guidance—no separate force, but my own awakened will. As I dwell in the imagined completed temple, I am not asking for permission; I am witnessing what I already am: the builder, the site, and the inhabitants. Renewal flows as I believe this thought and feel it as real. The outward signs—order, walls, and honor—mirror my inward alignment. Thus, the temple finished is not an event in time but a transformation of consciousness I carry from moment to moment. I practice by assuming 'the house is finished' and letting the details of my life adjust to fit that assumption, feeling gratitude as the walls rise in my inner sight.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes, declare 'The temple of my life is finished now,' and feel the sense of completion as if you already inhabit it. Then carry that feeling into one real-world detail today, as if you were the builder witnessing it completed.
