Inner Priesthood Restored
Ezra 2:59-63 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Ezra 2:59-63 records people who returned but could not prove their Israelite lineage or priestly status, and thus were excluded from the priesthood.
Neville's Inner Vision
Ezra's register is a map of your inner states. The names who cannot prove their line show how you may live by appearances, feeling unworthy and thus separated from your true priesthood. In Neville's language, these are states of consciousness that have not acknowledged the I AM as their source. The Tirshatha you hear is your current dominant thought that holiness must be earned; yet the inner priest, armed with Urim and Thummim, shines within to certify your sacred status. When you affirm you are already of the true lineage, you revoke the sense of pollution and exclusion. The outer decree cannot touch your essence; it is only the movement of your mind. The moment you assume the I AM, the register becomes found, the holy things become accessible, and your inner life aligns with the divine noonday. You are not waiting for proof from without; you are proving it within, now.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and assume you are already in the inner lineage. See Urim and Thummim light within you, and feel the certainty of your sacred priesthood as you revise any belief of exclusion.
