Inward Judgment, Outer Witness

Ezekiel 5:8-9 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Ezekiel 5 in context

Scripture Focus

8Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I, even I, am against thee, and will execute judgments in the midst of thee in the sight of the nations.
9And I will do in thee that which I have not done, and whereunto I will not do any more the like, because of all thine abominations.
Ezekiel 5:8-9

Biblical Context

God declares He is against them and will judge in the midst, doing what He has not done before because of their abominations.

Neville's Inner Vision

In Neville's inward reading, the Lord GOD is the I AM within you. The phrase against thee means the present consciousness refuses to tolerate the old idol images; the judgments in the midst are the inner consequences that force a turning point. When you cling to fears, attachments, or unholy patterns you invite external appearances that mirror your inner state. The sight of the nations reflects your outer life as a mirror of your inner beliefs. The promise I will do in thee that I have not done signals a drastic inner shift, a cleansing from familiar idols and a call to holiness and separation from the old self. This is not punishment but a waking of consciousness. As you awaken to I AM as your true self, your imagination becomes the solvent that reorganizes your life, turning yesterday's impossibilities into todays realities.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and assume the state I AM is fully present in your life. Revise any sense of lack or fear into abundance by whispering I AM the abundance now and feel it real for a few minutes.
