Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
A portion is reserved for the prince on both sides of the holy oblation, with the sanctuary in the middle. The Levites’ possession and the city are likewise designated for the prince.
Neville's Inner Vision
Consider Ezekiel’s map as a map of consciousness. The ‘prince’ is the inner I AM—your sovereign awareness—who claims a residue within the sacred arrangement. The 'holy oblation' stands for your acts of worship and attention—what you truly value; to reserve the residue on both sides means your life elsewhere does not encroach on the center where your royal presence resides. The sanctuary in the midst signals that the awareness remains settled, undisturbed, at the center of the field of perceptions. The borders of Judah and Benjamin are the outer attitudes and beliefs that define where your inner authority can stand unchallenged; between them, the prince’s portion is kept holy. When you align with this inner structure, you experience the Kingdom of God as a present inner arrangement, worship as steady acknowledgment, and holiness as separation from distraction. The practical result is a life where the inner governor rules, and the outer world conforms to that governance, through your ongoing recognition of the I AM.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes, breathe, and claim: I am the prince of my life, residing in the sanctuary of my heart. As you dwell there, feel the center holding steady and let your next actions arise from that holy alignment.
