Inner Temple Measured Vision

Ezekiel 41:1-4 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Ezekiel 41 in context

Scripture Focus

1Afterward he brought me to the temple, and measured the posts, six cubits broad on the one side, and six cubits broad on the other side, which was the breadth of the tabernacle.
2And the breadth of the door was ten cubits; and the sides of the door were five cubits on the one side, and five cubits on the other side: and he measured the length thereof, forty cubits: and the breadth, twenty cubits.
3Then went he inward, and measured the post of the door, two cubits; and the door, six cubits; and the breadth of the door, seven cubits.
4So he measured the length thereof, twenty cubits; and the breadth, twenty cubits, before the temple: and he said unto me, This is the most holy place.
Ezekiel 41:1-4

Biblical Context

The vision shows the temple's measurements and design, culminating in the declaration that this space is the most holy place. It points to inner sanctity, not external architecture.

Neville's Inner Vision

See the vision as the measurement of your own inner temple. The posts six cubits broad on each side mark the stable boundaries you set around your central sanctuary; your attention remains fixed there, unmoved by passing appearances. The door, ten cubits wide with five cubits on each side, represents the openness you grant to life through your perception. As the guide measures inward and proclaims the post of the door and then the inner chamber, you are being shown that this is the most holy place—that sacred space within your own awareness where God, your I AM, dwells. Not a city’s bricks but the alignment of your consciousness. You can revise any sense of lack by entering that state now, imagining the sanctuary intact and your attention rightly governed. Let your feeling-tone declare: I AM this temple; holiness now is my state. The outer events will bend to reflect that inner conviction, and the ordinary world becomes a reminder of the divine presence within you.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and imagine you are standing inside the Most Holy Place. Feel the boundaries of your awareness settle, and declare, I AM this temple; holiness now is my state.
