Prophecy and promise are not future events; they are states of consciousness you occupy by assumption. Truth and faithfulness appear as you trust the inner word, treat it as real, and align your feelings with its decree. The presence of God is not outside; it is the I AM that you are, and the inner word comes to redefine circumstances by reconfiguring your mental atmosphere; the world changes as your inner assertion becomes the dominant state. In this sense, the verse is a reminder that you are always spoken to by your own I AM, and your job is to hold the last utterance until it molds form.
