Inner Covenant Presence

Ezekiel 34:30-31 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Ezekiel 34 in context

Scripture Focus

30Thus shall they know that I the LORD their God am with them, and that they, even the house of Israel, are my people, saith the Lord GOD.
31And ye my flock, the flock of my pasture, are men, and I am your God, saith the Lord GOD.
Ezekiel 34:30-31

Biblical Context

God declares He is with His people and that they are His.

Neville's Inner Vision

Within Ezekiel, the claim that I the LORD am with you becomes a state of consciousness: you are not cast out but invited into a felt union. In my telling, the house of Israel is not a distant nation but the collective thought you hold about yourself as you awaken. God is the I AM you awaken to when you refuse the dream of separation. The flock and the shepherd image become your inner sense of belonging: you are men, you are mine, and I am your God as you affirm the one I AM within. When you align with this truth, you stop chasing signs outside and begin recognizing the presence now, the covenant loyalty that forgives ego and reaffirms your identity. The distinction between you and God dissolves in the consciousness that there is only I; the I that is aware of being with you now is the same I that calls you mine. Hear the invitation: know that you are God’s people by feeling that you are already included, already loved, and never alone.

Practice This Now

Imaginative act: In the morning, assume the identity I AM with you now, and feel the unity of being God’s people as a present reality; if a sense of separation arises, revise by affirming I am your God and you are my flock, here and now.
