Inner Shepherd Awakening: Ezekiel 34
Ezekiel 34:2-6 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Israel's shepherds neglect the flock, feeding themselves and abandoning the sick and lost, scattering the people. The passage highlights the consequence of misrule as dispersion.
Neville's Inner Vision
Behold the inner scene: the shepherds are not men but states of consciousness that feed on self-importance, while the flock is your living perceptions—moods, memories, and choices. When you identify with a ruling self, you scatter the sheep of awareness and leave them exposed to fear and distraction. Yet behind that scene is the I AM, the true shepherd within, who loves, heals, binds up, and restores. Ezekiel pleads for healing of the broken and the lost; in practice you may assume the role of that faithful shepherd now, inviting the I AM to guide, nourish, and gather every part of you. Revise the scene by letting compassion replace control: the strong feed the weak; the scattered become found; the diseased are strengthened. As you dwell in this revision, you will feel your inner landscape reorganize, your breath deepen, and your sense of unity return. The outer dispersions dissolve as your inner shepherd remains constant, sovereign, and tender.
Practice This Now
Assume the role of the faithful shepherd now. Envision the I AM tending every part of you, and feel the flock gathered, healed, and restored as you breathe.
