The Inner Net And Return
Ezekiel 32:3-6 - A Neville Goddard interpretation
Read Ezekiel 32 in context
Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
God declares He will spread a net over the people with many, lift them up, and expose them on the land; birds, beasts, and rivers will fill the scene as the land is filled with their fate. The imagery signals collective judgment and accountability that touches the land itself.
Neville's Inner Vision
In Ezekiel's scene, the 'net' is a symbol of your current state of consciousness; the 'many' are persistent beliefs and thoughts that trap you in fear. The Lord God—the I AM within you—reveals that your outer world is a mirror of inner formation. When you identify with limitation and judgment, you allow the land of your life to be populated by those fears and by the scenes of consequence in the imagery: the beasts, the mountains, the rivers. Yet the same principle holds: you can revise by stepping into a higher state. Assume you are already lifted, free, and whole; imagine the net dissolving as you anchor yourself in the truth that you are the I AM, the source of life in all you behold. The exile you fear becomes the invitation to remember and to awaken the inner kingdom.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes; in imagination, revise the scene by declaring, 'I am the I AM, whole and free.' See yourself lifted from the net and walking in a land of abundance; dwell in that feeling until it fills your world.
