Wages Of Inner Service
Ezekiel 29:18-19 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Nebuchadnezzar's army served Tyre but received no wages; God then declares that the land of Egypt will be given to Nebuchadrezzar as the wages for his army.
Neville's Inner Vision
Take the scriptures as a script of consciousness. Tyre and Egypt are not mere places but inner states of mind. Nebuchadrezzar’s great service against Tyre represents a long period of attention and effort directed at a stubborn belief. Yet the text notes that he received no wages from Tyre—an inner cue that effort misaligned with truth bears no lasting fruit. Then God declares: I will give the land of Egypt unto Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon. This is not a matter of geography but a shift of the true currency of life into a new state of consciousness you now reign over. The wages for his army are the visible results that arise when your inner state aligns with a definite decree and you dwell in it imaginatively. The I AM, your awareness, reorganizes circumstance to match the inner decree you hold in feeling and assumption. When you accept that a new domain is placed in your charge by your inner king, you recognize external fortune as the outward sign of an inner victory.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and anchor in the I AM. Assume that a new land, Egypt, is placed in your charge by your inner king; feel the reality of that grant as already accomplished.
