Facing Zidon Within
Ezekiel 28:21-24 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
God declares judgment on Zidon, promising to be glorified in her midst; as judgments unfold, the people will know the LORD, while pestilence and the sword purge the land and remove thorny oppressions around Israel.
Neville's Inner Vision
Zidon is a state of mind—something in you that refuses the awareness of the I AM. When you set your face against Zidon, you stand as the I AM against a fear, habit, or grievance that has claimed a corner of your consciousness. The LORD being against Zidon means that your inner awareness will not tolerate the old belief any longer; the judgments you seem to meet are not punishment but the inner rearrangement by which your attention is clarified and your sanctified sense of self emerges. The pestilence, the blood in the streets, the wounds and the sword are inner movements—removing false narratives, purging self-justifications, and cutting away what blocks the truth that you are God in this form. As these inner judgments pass, the thorns that prick your sense of peace around the 'Israel' of your mind dissolve, and the true city within—Zion, your centered consciousness—rests in the calm of the LORD's presence. Then I and the LORD are known, not as distant figures, but as one living I AM.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and repeat, 'I am the I AM, and I am against this limitation.' Feel it real as a cleansing light purges the belief; picture Zion rising within as the briars clear.
