Inner Cleansing Rain Revelation

Ezekiel 22:23-24 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Ezekiel 22 in context

Scripture Focus

23And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
24Son of man, say unto her, Thou art the land that is not cleansed, nor rained upon in the day of indignation.
Ezekiel 22:23-24

Biblical Context

The verse speaks of the land being unclean and dry in the day of God’s wrath. It depicts an inner, neglected state of consciousness awaiting cleansing.

Neville's Inner Vision

Beloved, Ezekiel is not speaking of a geography but of your own consciousness. The land that is not cleansed, and that has no rain in the day of indignation, is the image of a mind that has not yet awakened to its I AM—the inner awareness that births reality. In this inner climate, droughts and judgments arise as symptoms of a belief in separation. Yet you can revise the scene by assuming you are the cleansing power, the rain maker of your own soul. Picture the indignant day as a moment of inner reckoning, not punishment from without. When you refuse to identify with dryness and instead assume the feeling that I AM is already cleansing and raining, you awaken the rain within. The land becomes a living temple, drought yielding to abundance as your consciousness aligns with the truth that you are the very rainfall of God. This is not about changing outer events, but about redefining who you are inside.

Practice This Now

Assume now that you are the cleansing rain and that the land of your mind is already washed by your awareness. Close your eyes and affirm the soil of your heart is renewed; feel the inner rain saturating you.
