Crown Reversed, Sovereign Within

Ezekiel 21:25-26 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Ezekiel 21 in context

Scripture Focus

25And thou, profane wicked prince of Israel, whose day is come, when iniquity shall have an end,
26Thus saith the Lord GOD; Remove the diadem, and take off the crown: this shall not be the same: exalt him that is low, and abase him that is high.
Ezekiel 21:25-26

Biblical Context

This passage speaks of removing the diadem and crown, signaling a change in leadership as the end of iniquity approaches. It hints at an inner reversal: exalt the low and abase the high within the psyche.

Neville's Inner Vision

Notice that the prince is profane and arrogant, not a man in exile but a state of consciousness you carry. The day has come for the old structures to fall away; the diadem is not a political symbol but an inner designation of authority you believed was real. When you hear, 'Remove the diadem, take off the crown,' you are invited to revise your sense of self—renounce the notion that power rests in outward position, wealth, or status. In the inner eye, the I AM is the sole king; as you awaken to that awareness, the crown drops from the ego and the true rulers speak: humility, discernment, and compassionate action. Exalting what is low becomes the correction of imbalance: quiet, fidelity to inner truth, and the alignment of your actions with the universal law that you are already complete. The judgment is not punishment but alignment, returning sovereignty to the I AM within, where the kingdom endures beyond appearances.

Practice This Now

Practice: close your eyes, breathe, and in your imagination remove the external crown from your head while affirming 'I AM the I AM, sovereign within.' Then revise any image of lack by repeating, 'My inner king is present now.'
