Read Ezekiel 20 in context

Scripture Focus

33As I live, saith the Lord GOD, surely with a mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out, will I rule over you:
34And I will bring you out from the people, and will gather you out of the countries wherein ye are scattered, with a mighty hand, and with a stretched out arm, and with fury poured out.
Ezekiel 20:33-34

Biblical Context

God declares he will rule with a mighty hand and stretched arm, gathering the scattered and delivering them from exile.

Neville's Inner Vision

Within Ezekiel's line I hear the whisper of the I AM: I live, saith the Lord God. The mighty hand and stretched-out arm are not external rulers, but your own stable attention—an unwavering state of consciousness that governs all inner weather. The fury poured out is the cleansing fire of belief, dissolving the old scattered fragments of self. When you assume the feeling of being governed by that divine I, you begin to be gathered from every country of lack, fear, and separation, back into the center of your true nature. Exile dissolves as you hold the new scene: you are already in possession, you are already returned to the wholeness that you are. The I that rules is not a distant king but your own awareness, always here, always now. The outward world merely reflects the inner arrangement of your mind. So, stand in the assurance that you are ruled by a benevolent, mighty I AM, and let the feeling of that ruling fill you until it becomes your every moment. The kingdom is within; the gathering is your own inner alignment.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and, silently, assume the state I AM ruling—feel the inner fulfillment as if it is already true, and let that feeling center and rearrange your life.
