Ezekiel 2:9-10

Biblical Context

Ez 2:9-10 describes a hand delivering a scroll before the prophet, written inside and out with lamentations, mourning, and woe. It signals an inner message of judgment and the call to respond.

Neville's Inner Vision

Imagine, as Neville would, that the hand and the roll are symbols of your own I AM awakening to itself. The book spread before Ezekiel is the state you occupy in consciousness, written on every inward and outward page. The lamentations, mourning, and woe are not fixed facts in the world but energies of old images that your imagination still rehearses. When you look upon the writing, you are not reading history; you are meeting your own beliefs made visible. The roll being written within and without teaches that every thought and feeling you entertain writes your reality from the inside out. If you would change what seems to be appearing, you must revise the script in imagination—feel it real as though the new state is already present. The prophet becomes you, the observer and the author, discovering that your awareness is the true power; by nesting in the I AM and choosing a higher state, you dissolve the old woe and invite renewal. The scene invites you to realize you are not at the mercy of circumstance, but the author of circumstance through your inner state.

Practice This Now

For five minutes, assume the roll is rewritten with your desired state and feel it real. Picture yourself dwelling in fullness here and now, the lamentations fading as you inhabit the I AM.
