Biblical Context
The verse describes a figure who has strong rods for rulers, is exalted in height among thick branches, and stands with many branches.
Neville's Inner Vision
Within Ezekiel’s image the kingdom you seek is not a geography but a state of consciousness. The 'strong rods for the sceptres of those that bear rule' are the steadfast assumptions by which you appoint yourself king of your inner realm; they are the convictions you hold as law in the I AM you are. 'Her stature was exalted among the thick branches' shows that when you cling to a single, truth-formed idea with sincere feeling, your sense of self grows tall amid the forest of circumstance. 'She appeared in her height with the multitude of her branches' implies that a fully realized inner state multiplies itself—every facet of life comes to witness the same sovereignty. Your external world thus mirrors your inner posture: you and your scenes are one imagining. To awaken this power, practice a simple revision: assume the root of rule already exists within you, then feel the throne of your own awareness as real here and now.
Practice This Now
Imaginative_act: Assume you are the ruler within and feel it real now. Rest in the sense that the Kingdom of God is within your own I AM.
