Biblical Context
Verse 16:58-59 states you have borne lewdness and abominations and despised the oath by breaking the covenant. It further declares that God will deal with you according to your own deeds.
Neville's Inner Vision
This passage is not distant punishment but a mirror of your inner life. the 'lewdness' and 'abominations' are states of mind—habits of fear, craving, and separation from your true I AM. when you despise the oath and break the covenant, you align with a lower consciousness, and the inner law returns your own actions as circumstances. In Neville's terms, you are always crafting the covenant within your awareness; you reap what you sow in consciousness. The sense of being judged or dealt with corresponds to the alignment of your inner state with divine order. The invitation is to renew the covenant within: reaffirm the I AM as your sole reality, choose loyalty to that inner oath, and feel the fidelity as already established. As you imagine and feel this allegiance, the outer world reorganizes to reflect that unity. Judgment dissolves into clarity when the mind remains steadfast in its covenant with God within.
Practice This Now
Practice: before sleep, assume you are faithfully keeping the inner covenant with the I AM; revise any memory of breach and feel the seal of loyalty in your heart until it feels real.
