The Word Is Done Now

Ezekiel 12:27-28 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Ezekiel 12 in context

Scripture Focus

27Son of man, behold, they of the house of Israel say, The vision that he seeth is for many days to come, and he prophesieth of the times that are far off.
28Therefore say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; There shall none of my words be prolonged any more, but the word which I have spoken shall be done, saith the Lord GOD.
Ezekiel 12:27-28

Biblical Context

Israelites think the vision is for distant days, but God declares his words will not be prolonged and will be fulfilled in the present.

Neville's Inner Vision

In you, the inner state is the house of Israel and its doubt about time. The Lord GOD speaks a final decree: none of my words shall be prolonged, for what I have spoken shall be done. This is not about external calendars; it is the immediacy of your own consciousness. The vision you perceive is already established in your I AM; delay arises only from a misreading of time. When you recognize the inner decree as complete right now, you align with its co-creative power and begin to manifest accordingly. The far-off times dissolve as you stand in the certainty that the Word spoken in you has no delay. Your faith rests not on outward signs but on the inner assurance that God, your I AM, has spoken and performs. Practice a new stance: assume the end in present consciousness, revise any sense of waiting, and feel the completion radiating through you now, inviting the outer world to reflect that inner certainty.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes, affirm 'The word which I have spoken is done now' in present tense, and breathe into the sensation of completion for a minute; then act from that assured state today.
