Immediacy of the Divine Word
Ezekiel 12:26-28 - A Neville Goddard interpretation
Read Ezekiel 12 in context
Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
God declares that his words will not be prolonged and that what he has spoken will come to pass; the vision Israel speaks of as far off is now set to reality.
Neville's Inner Vision
Within Ezekiel’s hearing, the inner man discovers that the word of the Lord is not a distant forecast but a decisive decree in consciousness. The people say the vision is for many days to come, yet the I AM within you does not bargain with time. To the one who has ears for God, the phrase There shall none of my words be prolonged any more means your state of mind cannot stall what is already finished in God. The vision of future events is a picture your mind projects; the man you call Ezekiel is simply the awakeness that notices the inner movement of a fulfilled word. When you align with the inner decree and declare that the word spoken is done, you shift the very tempo of your life. The inner truth collapses delay; you cease identifying with the lack and begin living from the certainty that your inner command has the power to manifest outward forms. The time reference falls away as you dwell in the I AM that spoke the word and, thus, births the outer reality.
Practice This Now
Assume the inner decree is already done; feel it real in your body and life. As you dwell there, watch outer signs align to reflect the fulfilled word.
