Inner Witness of the Remnant

Ezekiel 12:16 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Ezekiel 12 in context

Scripture Focus

16But I will leave a few men of them from the sword, from the famine, and from the pestilence; that they may declare all their abominations among the heathen whither they come; and they shall know that I am the LORD.
Ezekiel 12:16

Biblical Context

God will preserve a remnant from the worst judgments so they may testify to the nations about their ways. Through that testimony, they will know that the LORD is Yahweh.

Neville's Inner Vision

To Ezekiel's ear the sword, famine, and pestilence are not only outward scourges but inner motions of fear, limitation, and doubt. The remnant spoken of is a sliver of consciousness that remains intact when the outer picture seems to crumble. This remnant is not a body of soldiers; it is the steady I AM that refuses to concede to the story of loss. When that inner state is allowed to witness without panic, it declares to the world the truths hidden behind appearances, and the inner conviction settles: 'I am the LORD' in awareness, not in history or form. Thus the promise becomes a practical method: guard the inner sense of being, revise any picture that contradicts your invincible I AM, and feel that this awareness outlives every storm. The nations witnessing your calm realize that the authority behind the scene is not fate but the almighty I AM. In short, the outer judgment exposes the inner truth, and the knowledge of the LORD arises from within as your present experience of being.

Practice This Now

Assume the remnant state of unwavering I AM right now; mentally declare, 'I AM the LORD,' and feel that this awareness remains intact no matter what appears outside.
