Vision Beyond Exile

Ezekiel 11:24-25 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Ezekiel 11 in context

Scripture Focus

24Afterwards the spirit took me up, and brought me in a vision by the Spirit of God into Chaldea, to them of the captivity. So the vision that I had seen went up from me.
25Then I spake unto them of the captivity all the things that the LORD had shewed me.
Ezekiel 11:24-25

Biblical Context

The Spirit lifts Ezekiel to the captive community in Chaldea. Then he speaks to them all that the LORD showed him.

Neville's Inner Vision

Take Ezekiel's ascent as a symbolic movement of your own awareness. The Spirit lifting him up is your imagination rising above a present circumstance; exile becomes a state you can shift from within. The vision of Chaldea is the inner landscape you enter when you assume from the I AM, not when the world dictates what is possible. When Ezekiel then speaks all that the LORD showed him, he demonstrates how persistence in inner sight releases spoken reality. The captives hear because you have named the truth you have already felt in your heart: that God's revelations are present tense, available now in your own consciousness. Your words become more than memory; they are the vibration of the I AM entering your affairs. This is prophecy as inner discipline: transform the exile by affirming the vision's authority until your outer scene mirrors it. The ascent and return imply you need not stay bound to limitation, for your higher self can carry you where you have decided to dwell.

Practice This Now

Imaginative Act: Quietly assume the state 'I AM lifted.' Then imagine a circle of captives listening as you deliver the vision shown to you, feeling the truth as already real.
