Inner Rainbow: Ezekiel 1:28

Ezekiel 1:28 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Ezekiel 1 in context

Scripture Focus

28As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness round about. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD. And when I saw it, I fell upon my face, and I heard a voice of one that spake.
Ezekiel 1:28

Biblical Context

Ezekiel witnesses a rainbow-like brightness around the glory of the LORD. He falls facedown and then hears a voice.

Neville's Inner Vision

To you in the present moment, this vision is your inner state becoming seen. The bow is the rainbow of your consciousness, the bright presence around the self you call I AM. The likeness of the glory of the LORD is not a distant deity but the awareness that you are the living center in which all images arise. When you fall to the ground in reverent stillness, you are not punishing yourself but surrendering the belief that you are separate from the source. The voice that speaks is your inner directive, the imaginative decree by which you know and choose. This is prophecy in operation: your thoughts fashioned into experiences through the disciplined attention of the I AM. The rainbow around you represents your feelings aligned with that presence: awe, gratitude, faith, expectancy. Stay with the vision until it becomes your habitual mood, and the world outside will reflect the inner covenant you have established. You are not seeking glory; you are becoming the glory by believing you are the I AM.

Practice This Now

Imaginative act: close your eyes and imagine a rainbow bright Presence surrounding you, declare I AM, and feel it real for a few minutes. Then move in life from that inner state.
