Read Ezekiel 1 in context

Scripture Focus

10As for the likeness of their faces, they four had the face of a man, and the face of a lion, on the right side: and they four had the face of an ox on the left side; they four also had the face of an eagle.
Ezekiel 1:10

Biblical Context

Ezekiel sees four living beings, each with a face: man, lion, ox, and eagle. These faces symbolize different inner powers that move in harmony before God.

Neville's Inner Vision

You are the I AM; the four faces are not strangers but four facets of your own consciousness, each a ruler at the door of your awareness: the man for reason and discernment, the lion for courage and will, the ox for steady labor and service, the eagle for ascent and vision. In the vision they stand side by side, turning their gaze in every direction, yet their motion is your motion, summoned by the inner light you call God. This is prophecy and promise delivered within: when you awaken to these faces, you awaken to God present in you, dissolving any sense of distance. Holiness is not a ritual outward; it is the alignment of these faculties under the one I AM. As you hold this inner scene and imagine their cooperation, you become the creative condition by which your world answers your assumed state. Practice daily until the four faces move as one in your mind, and your worship is the living order of your own consciousness.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes, breathe, and in imagination assume the state of each face—man, lion, ox, and eagle—rehearsing their unity. Then declare, 'I AM the I AM,' and let that wholeness govern your day.
