God raised Pharaoh to display His power, so that His name would be proclaimed throughout the earth.
Neville's Inner Vision
Exodus 9:16, in the Neville Goddard sense, teaches that the I AM, the inner awareness, has raised a condition to show its power and to make its name known in the earth. Pharaoh stands not merely as a man, but as a state of consciousness—stubborn resistance, fear, and seeming external authority—that the I AM permits to rise so that the power within may be felt and recognized. The call here is not punishment but demonstration: by consciously assuming the reality that you are the I AM, you allow the outer scene to testify to that power. When you grasp that your life is the stage upon which your inner identity acts, you become a witness, and the outer world follows the rhythm of that inner declaration. The earth listens for the name you carry—the divine name—when you live from the awareness of being the I AM. This is true worship: recognizing God is within, and that every circumstance is raised to reveal that presence.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and declare, 'I AM the power in this situation,' and imagine the scene shifting until your true divine name shines through in your life.
