Moses as Inner God
Exodus 7:1 - A Neville Goddard interpretation
Read Exodus 7 in context
Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
God declares Moses will have divine authority before Pharaoh. Aaron will be his prophet.
Neville's Inner Vision
Within this line the I AM speaks through Moses, declaring that outer life is the arena for inner authority. Moses is the awakened self in you, and Pharaoh represents the current sense of limitation. You are not commanded to conquer Pharaoh by force, but to inhabit the state of God so that outer events yield to your inner decree. Aaron, the inner prophet, is the calm voice that guides you toward the right action. When you assume this God-state, the world reflects your inner reality; what seems like opposition dissolves into alignment. The so-called plagues are invitations to revise your identity, not battles to be won. Your mission becomes witnessing your true being and letting the world echo that truth. By living as the I AM, you become both the message and the minister through which the message is made manifest.
Practice This Now
Practice: For a few minutes, assume you are the I AM in action toward your outer scene. Repeat inside that you are the I AM and that your inner Aaron guides you now, and visualize Pharaoh softening as you stand in the God-state.
