30And Moses said before the LORD, Behold, I am of uncircumcised lips, and how shall Pharaoh hearken unto me?
Exodus 6:28-30

Biblical Context

God commands Moses to speak to Pharaoh, but Moses objects, fearing his own speech and capability.

Neville's Inner Vision

The LORD's command to Moses is not history but a revelation of the I AM you are. Egypt and Pharaoh symbolize inner states—oppression, doubt, the habit of 'cannot'—that appear when you forget your true being. Moses' remark about uncircumcised lips exposes a belief in limitation, a mental murmur that your words cannot reach the outer world. Yet the inner voice returns: I am the LORD; speak all that I say unto thee. These commands arise from the I AM, not from fear or technique. When you affirm that inner authority, the outer Pharaoh yields to a sustained conviction that your word carries reality. The moment you acknowledge the LORD within, your speech becomes an instrument of power. The problem of when or how to persuade dissolves because persuasion comes from the truth of your being, not from effort. Thus the outer world changes as your inner state is remade, and you discover that prophecy and promise awaken as you align with the I AM who speaks through you.

Practice This Now

Assume the state of I AM now; revise any self-doubt about your speech by declaring, 'I AM speaks through me now,' and feel the certainty of command moving through your lips.
