Exodus 40:1 speaks of the LORD's word to Moses, but Neville would hear it as the awakening of your own I AM. God here is not a distant force; God is the awareness that you are—the I that commands your life. The word 'saying' marks a movement within your consciousness: a divine commission issued from the still, all-encompassing Presence. When you imagine yourself as Moses receiving instruction, you see that the outer act of leadership mirrors an inner covenant you make with your soul. The presence of God is your persistent feeling that you are guided, supported, and authorized by the source of all life. The loyalty to this covenant is fidelity to the inner hearing, to the fire of imagination, and to trust in the unseen builder within. So the day-to-day becomes the tabernacle of your state: your home, work, body, and relationships, all shaped by the inner decree you accept as real. If you lift your attention to that voice and dwell there, the outer world will adjust to match the inner command.
