Exodus 4:6-9 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Biblical Context
God instructs Moses to put his hand in his bosom; it appears leprous, then is healed when placed again. If they won't believe the first sign, they will believe the second, and if not, the river's water will be turned to blood on the dry land.
Neville's Inner Vision
View Moses’ hand as a symbol of your own consciousness. When it is pulled from the bosom and found leprous, you are looking at a state of mind convinced that life is separate from the I AM, that wholeness is far off and that you are afflicted by an inner disease. The command to reinsert the hand and draw it forth again—restored to its natural flesh—teaches that revival begins the moment you refuse the ruling of the appearance and affirm the one presence and power within: I AM. The record then says, if the people do not believe the first sign, they will believe the second; and if they refuse even that, the river’s water can be turned to blood—an outward sign that inner change in consciousness can rearrange the external scene. The sequence is not about pleading with a stubborn world but about applying inner authority: your deliverance and liberation begin as you dwell in the realization of your true identity. The prophecy and promise are not future events but present experiences awaiting your belief in the unseen.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes, place your hand over your heart, and repeat, 'I AM.' See your inner state shift from fear to wholeness, then imagine the life-giving water of your clarity transforming circumstances around you.
