Biblical Context
Moses enters the tabernacle; the people watch from their tents as the cloud descends and God speaks with Moses, and all the people then worship.
Neville's Inner Vision
In the narrative, the tabernacle is not a distant temple but the inner sanctuary of your awareness. Moses going in signifies your turning attention inward. The cloudy pillar descending and standing at the door represents the I AM presence entering your field of experience, ready to guide what you attend to. When God speaks with Moses, hear the dialogue as the conversation of consciousness with itself—the I AM addressing itself through perception, intention, and feeling. The people's worship from their tents shows that true worship arises when outer life aligns with this inner movement; appearances may endure, yet reality is shaped by the inner state you permit. Practice seeing yourself already inside the tabernacle, listening for that inner voice, and allowing it to redefine what you call real. The covenant is loyalty to this inner presence, not to external ritual. Persist in this awareness, and notice how the outer world begins to reflect the central consciousness you have chosen to inhabit.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and assume you are already in the tabernacle; feel the I AM at the door and listen for its guidance. Quietly affirm, 'I am that I am,' and let that felt sense steer your next moment.
