Neville's Inner Vision
Within Exodus 29:22-23, the ram and the bread are set apart, each portion a symbol of the believer’s inner consecration. The fat, kidneys, and other parts signify the hidden faculties and impulses that you now dedicate to the LORD within your own I AM. When you imagine offering the ram, you are not performing an ancient rite but reordering your consciousness: you withdraw energy from lesser appetites and feed the higher your true self, the I AM that never fails to know itself. The right shoulder—the strength you lend to your spiritual center—becomes a pledge of inner power, while the bread and wafer speak to the daily bread of thought you nurture in consciousness. The basket of unleavened bread, too, invites purity of purpose—unleavened by fear or doubt. In Neville’s terms, this is not about external ritual but about the feeling of being separated unto holiness, the state in which every act and thought serves your inner king. By recognizing that you are the I AM, you permit miracles to unfold from within, here and now.
Practice This Now
Practice: Sit quiet, breathe, and assume you have consecrated the ram of your faculties to the I AM. As you dwell in that awareness, imagine the bread of life feeding your thoughts and feel it real now.
