On the level Neville teaches, the mount is a state of consciousness you can enter at will, where I AM awareness rises above outer appearances. The Lord's invitation to come up and be there is a command to dwell in the assumed state until the feeling of solidity—tables of stone—forms within. The law and commandments are not external edicts but immutable truths written into your own consciousness, ready to be claimed. When you inhabit this inner state, you embody the law; the world then mirrors that inner order, and your teaching occurs by living the principle, not by force. The line 'that thou mayest teach them' becomes your everyday demonstration of fidelity to these inner patterns as you act from the end you desire.
