The bread and water symbolize daily supply—what you are aware of, you experience. When you assume health as your natural condition and revise any belief in sickness, you dissolve its hold. The promise that sickness is taken away becomes a change not in a distant event but in your inner atmosphere; as you dwell in the truth of life as one, nothing casts its young or remains barren in your inner land. Your days count themselves in the light of your recognition of the one Life. The outer echoes of the covenant follow your inner conviction. You are not seeking approval; you are declaring your original state of wholeness and abundance, which manifests as vitality, blessing, and fruitful days.
