Exodus 15:13 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Exodus 15 in context

Scripture Focus

13Thou in thy mercy hast led forth the people which thou hast redeemed: thou hast guided them in thy strength unto thy holy habitation.
Exodus 15:13

Biblical Context

The verse declares that in mercy God has led forth the redeemed and guided them by strength to their holy habitation.

Neville's Inner Vision

In this line you are invited to see mercy as the active I AM within you. The people are states of consciousness in need of release; redemption is your realization that these states are already guided by the power you are. The wilderness you walk is a mental condition, not a map. God’s strength is the unshakable awareness that carries you, and the holy habitation is the inner room where your I AM dwells. When you acknowledge that mercy has led you forth, you stop pleading for rescue and begin living from the end: you are the one who has been led, you are already safely home in consciousness. The movement from bondage to freedom occurs as you revise your sense of self, from dependent seeker to the conscious, led presence of God. Trust this process: mercy is not external mercy but the ongoing, inward lead of awareness guiding you to your own sacred dwelling.

Practice This Now

Imaginative act: Close your eyes and declare, I am led by the mercy of the I AM into my holy habitation, then feel the boundary between now and the desired state soften. Hold that feeling for a few breaths.
