Biblical Context

Pharaoh drives Moses away with a fatal warning, and Moses accepts the parting, promising never to see him again.

Neville's Inner Vision

Here the story is not about a man named Pharaoh but about a state of resistance within you. Pharaoh’s ultimatum—get thee from me, see my face no more—signals the moment when your old self, a fixed pattern of fear and limitation, declares it will not entertain your higher vision. Moses, the representative of your awakened I AM, replies with simple, decisive faith: you have spoken well, I will see thy face again no more. This is not a concession to a tyrant but a radical inner decision to withdraw identification from the old, outwardly persistent belief that you are bound by that face, by that egoic judgment. When you stand in this scene as the observer of your own consciousness, you begin to exit the place where judgment resides and enter the Kingdom—the realm of consistency, abundance, and right action arising from within. The “face” you refuse to see again is the habitual picture of limitation; your real sight comes from the inner recognition that God, the I AM, is your unchanging presence.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes, drop into the I AM, and revise the scene: the old face is gone. I now stand in the I AM, seeing only my eternal presence, and feel it real.
