Neville's Inner Vision

The events in Esther are not merely a chronicle of ancient judgment; they are a map of your inner landscape. The 'Jews' are the conscious I AM, the rightful governor of the mind, who rise to meet the fears and hostile imaginings that would distort your life. The 'five hundred' slain stand for the many thoughts and conditions you once believed could ruin you—panic, doubt, bitterness, attachment to scarcity—when the inner decree of truth takes hold, these energies are removed from the stage. The listing of ten names—Parshandatha, Dalphon, Aspatha, Poratha, Adalia, Aridatha, Parmashta, Arisai, Aridai, Vajezatha—becomes a practice of naming and confronting distinct inner states, each yielded to the one Self. Providence and Judgment are not external wraths but the natural law operating in consciousness: as you awaken to the I AM, justice is rendered within, and fear is dissolved. Salvation appears not as a distant event but as your present perception of reality, a consciousness in which you are protected, guided, and undefeated by every imagined foe.

Practice This Now

Imaginative Act: Close your eyes and assume the feeling of your I AM sovereign over your mind; revise the scene by inwardly declaring, 'I am free; the fears and struggles that once haunted me are slain in the light of my consciousness.'
