Biblical Context
Esther 9:30-31 records a public decree to confirm Purim and the fasts, accompanied by prayers for peace and truth across many provinces, for their seed.
Neville's Inner Vision
I interpret Esther 9:30-31 as the outer letter sent by the kings' realm becoming a symbol of your inner command. The letters reach 127 provinces—the many states of consciousness within you. Words of peace and truth are the atmosphere you choose to inhabit. The Purim days, appointed in their times, are moments when your inner calendar aligns with your highest aim. The fasts and the cry represent a withdrawal of old beliefs and a listening to the inner voice that whispers I AM. When Mordecai and Esther decree for themselves and their seed, they reveal a spiritual law: when you declare a blessing for your future self, you bless your line of thought and your entire life. The outer decree mirrors your inner decision; persist in that state, and the outer world begins to reflect your inner certainty, quiet, and faith. In this way you can live as if the decree is already done, and peace and truth will saturate every province of your mind.
