Esther's Inner Decree Realized
Esther 9:13 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Scripture Focus
Biblical Context
Esther asks the king to let the Jews in Shushan act again the next day according to this decree, and to hang Haman's ten sons.
Neville's Inner Vision
Esther is the waking I AM within you, presenting a demand to the king of your consciousness. The Jews are your purified faculties—wisdom, courage, compassion—ruling from Shushan, the inner citadel. Haman stands for the tenfold fear, pride, doubt, and resentment that would darken your mind; his ten sons symbolize those stubborn inner impulses. The decree you accept is the eternal law of consciousness: justice prevails, and enemies of your peace are subdued. Extending the decree to tomorrow is the practice of keeping faith alive beyond a single moment; it is the imagined state maintained until it becomes your habitual state. When you revise what you accept as real and feel the end already accomplished, you give God’s I AM the liberty to manifest; the inner court becomes your outer reality. In that luminous moment, the kingdom of God arises—righteousness, salvation, and justice flowing through your life.
Practice This Now
Imaginatively, sit quietly and declare, I am the decree; extend it to tomorrow and feel it real. Then dwell in the sensation of justice fully realized, allowing any fear to dissolve.
