Esther 4:5-6

Biblical Context

Esther 4:5-6 shows Esther sending for Hatach to Mordecai to learn the reason, and Hatach going to Mordecai at the street before the king's gate.

Neville's Inner Vision

Esther 4:5-6 is a map of the soul, not a page of court life. Esther, the I AM within you, calls Hatach—the messenger of your present state—to Mordecai, the inner decree that knows why. The street of the city before the king’s gate represents the place where outer circumstance meets inner law. When Esther commands Hatach to learn what and why, she is teaching you to interrogate your experience: what is this here for, and why now? The journey of Hatach outward mirrors the movement of your consciousness inward, from the seen to the unseen motive that governs it. Providence and guidance are not external favors but the intelligent direction of your own awareness seeking alignment with true purpose. Obedience to the inner call—knowing why—and faithful action in the world are one act. Feel the reality of this relationship: you are the I AM, and all doors, gates, and messengers are but symbols of your own state transforming.

Practice This Now

In stillness, assume you already know the purpose of a current circumstance; imagine your inner Hatach delivering the message from Mordecai, revise your state to that purpose, and feel it real in the I AM.
