This is not about outward power but an inner arrangement where the highest awareness sits at the head, guiding all thoughts, motives, and sensations. When you acknowledge Christ as the head of your body, you acknowledge that your world is governed by a single, intimate awareness. The Savior is your realized state—self-salvation through the awakening of your awareness—so the body becomes harmonious with that divine order. From this standpoint, obedience and faithfulness become the consistent practice of keeping attention on the head, your ongoing sense of I AM, so that your life, relationships, and actions move as one in accordance with wholeness.
