Neville's Inner Vision
From the Neville Goddard vantage, 'In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him' is not about a distant event but a present state of consciousness. 'In whom' points to the I AM that you are, the awareness through which all thoughts arise. When you linger in that awareness, boldness awakens naturally, not by struggling to be different, but by recognizing you are already admitted to the inner courts of the divine. The 'faith of him' becomes your trust in that inner reality—the habit of assuming the truth you wish to see as already true in your life. It is not a historical belief, but the practical act of consenting to the presence you seek, and letting that inner reality format your experiences. With this inner access, grace and favor begin to flow as your state aligns with the truth of your being. In this view, salvation is the natural outcome of dwelling in that conscious unity, rather than something earned from without.
Practice This Now
Imaginative Act: Sit quietly, assume you currently have bold access to God, and repeat, 'I am boldly admitted into God's presence now.' Feel the inner calm and confidence as if that access were already yours.
