"Seated together in heavenly places" describes your inner position where time and fear recede in the majesty of awareness. Christ Jesus embodies the integrated Presence you become when you stop fragmenting life into problems and answers and rest in unity. When you dwell from this realized frame, you observe events and people with a finished mind—responding from completion, not need. The wording is not historical fact but psychological posture awakened by imagination. So revise: in imagination you sit with God in Christ, and from that throne you affirm grace, resilience, and boundless love in your world here and now.
