Scripture Focus

22In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.
Ephesians 2:22

Biblical Context

Believers are being built together into a habitation of God through the Spirit. It points to a shared temple formed by conscious unity rather than isolated effort.

Neville's Inner Vision

Verse 22 speaks not of bricks and mortar, but of a living arrangement of consciousness. You are being built, not apart from others, but with them, into a habitation of God through the Spirit. The Spirit is the living breath of awareness; through it God makes a home in the very state you share with your fellows. Unity is the architecture; holiness the mortar of disciplined perception; true worship becomes the daily mood of co-creation in which each thought and feeling contributes to the temple. When you realize you are not separate from the temple but a stone in it, your sense of isolation dissolves. You awaken to the fact that the I AM, expressed in community, is the temple’s life. In this light, the outer church, the inner communion, and your personal prayer converge into one continuous sanctuary. The practical shift is to assume the reality of this shared habitation and to revise any sense of lack by feeling the Spirit already dwelling within the whole body of believers and within you.

Practice This Now

Close your eyes and feel yourself as a stone in a living temple, joined to others by golden light. Silently declare, 'I am the dwelling place of God through the Spirit, and we together are its walls.'
