Inner Air Of Ephesians 2:2
Ephesians 2:2 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Biblical Context
Paul describes a former mode of life ruled by the world’s course and by a controlling spiritual atmosphere. It points to an inner shift from that old air to the conscious I AM who guides your life.
Neville's Inner Vision
Your present state of consciousness has believed itself under the influence of the 'prince' and the 'air', but these are only the habitual weather of your own thinking. The verse names an older atmosphere, a mind-set that moves you along the world's course, driven by disobedient impulses. Yet you are not a puppet to the outward world; you are the I AM, the solid sense of awareness that can imagine another life into being. When you cease identifying with the disobedient story and instead assume the presence of your higher self—free, faithful, and gently obedient to the inner law—you dissolve the power of the old air. The 'spirit that now worketh' is simply a momentum of old thinking; you can reverse it by a simple act of imagination: affirm that you are already where you want to be, and feel the reality of that state in your chest, your breath, your whole being. In that moment, the dust of past influence settles, and you walk anew in alignment with the divine idea that you have chosen.
Practice This Now
Practice: sit quietly, breathe, and assume the feeling of your desired state—'I AM' and 'I now walk by inner obedience.' Feel it as real in your body for a minute.
