Graceful Acceptance In The Beloved

Ephesians 1:6 - A Neville Goddard interpretation

Read Ephesians 1 in context

Scripture Focus

6To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.
Ephesians 1:6

Biblical Context

The verse declares that God's grace has made us accepted in the Beloved, to the praise of his glorious grace. It is an inner state to be claimed, not a reward earned by effort.

Neville's Inner Vision

I stand in the Beloved and know that grace, not my striving, has declared me acceptable. The Beloved is the inner sense of I AM, my true self in God, and this acceptance is a present fact within consciousness. When I realize that I am already approved in the sight of grace, all sense of deficiency dissolves. The outward circumstances then echo that inner state, rather than create it. This is not theology but a practical awakening: I imagine from the end, I dwell in the feeling of grace, and my thoughts, feelings, and actions align with a reality that has always been mine. The praise due to grace flows from the awareness that I am cherished and included in the divine, not earned by works. In this shift, the veil of separation lifts, and gratitude becomes my natural mood, guiding every choice as I live from the Beloved within me.

Practice This Now

Sit quietly, breathe into the I AM within, and assume 'I am accepted in the Beloved' as a present fact; feel it real and let that inner state guide your day.
