To live joyfully with her is to enter a state where affection, gratitude and companionship are my daily reality, not contingent upon fleeting conditions. When I dwell in that state, the sunlit life becomes my screen: every encounter, every labor, is colored by the joy imaged in the I AM. Vanity dissolves when attention is held on this inner relationship; the outer becomes a faithful echo of the inner assumption. The gift is given within consciousness; labor under the sun becomes labor of love, guided by delight and appreciation.
