Biblical Context
Ecclesiastes 8:6-7 says every purpose has its appointed time and judgment, and humanity suffers because it cannot know what will come or when.
Neville's Inner Vision
Know that 'time' and 'judgment' spoken of are inner conditions shaping any event in your life. The misery described arises from relying on uncertain appearances rather than the steadfast I AM within your consciousness. The question 'who can tell him when it shall be?' exposes the error: timing is determined by your state of consciousness, not by external chance. When you hold a steady assumption—as if the desired end is already present—your inner atmosphere becomes the season that permits the outward form to appear. Do not chase signs; revise your inner scene until it feels inevitable. If you sense lack or fear, reaffirm that the right season is present now and that judgment follows from that season. I AM the I AM here and now, and by that awareness I set the tempo that makes every purpose align with its proper time.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes, place a hand on your chest, and declare 'I am the I AM, and I know the end from the beginning.' Then imagine a scene where your purpose is already accomplished and feel that certainty saturating you for a few minutes.
