Biblical Context
The earth's profit belongs to all, and loving wealth does not yield lasting satisfaction; when goods increase, they primarily serve those who use them, while the true owner is the observer who beholds them without craving.
Neville's Inner Vision
Within the psyche, Ecclesiastes 5:9–11 reveals that the profit of the earth is a field prepared for all life, a field nourished by the I AM that you are. The king you worship—the ego's claim to personal wealth—is fed by this field only when you trust the entire field of consciousness rather than possession. When you say you love silver or abundance, you discover the consciousness that seeks security in things cannot be satisfied; this is vanity, for the life that is aware in you is infinite and not confined to coins or goods. The true owner is not the one who amasses but the watcher who beholds the field with gratitude, knowing the whole supply is within. As you revise your state—declare I AM the source of all provision—you will find external goods increase only to the extent your mind stops clinging to them. The wealth you seek is not out there to seize but within you as awareness; when you rest in that awareness, abundance flows as shared life through the entire field.
Practice This Now
Close your eyes and declare, I AM the field of all supply. Then imagine wealth flowing through you to bless others, feeling that unity as real.
